The materials selected by Joe to create Hobby are suitable for lasting a lifetime. The woods Figured Cherry, Curly Maple for legs contrast, and imported Purpleheart for the saddle will age an develop a rich antique patina. The rocking horse is finished with 5 coats of hand rubbed lacquer. Hobby's size is suitable for children between 18 months and 7 years of age. From start to finish your Hobby will require approximately 200 plus hours to create.
